LinkedAweT is for honest personal experiences and ordinary wins—not harassment, exposure or revenge.

1. Use a username
   Post under a username. Do not publish email addresses, legal names, home or work addresses, phone numbers, private messages, identifying documents or other personal information.

2. Share your own experience
   Describe what you personally experienced and distinguish facts from opinions. Do not publish confidential company information, private documents, trade secrets or unverified accusations. Do not present suspicions or rumours as facts.

3. No harassment or targeting
   No threats, hate speech, bullying, stalking, sexual harassment, coordinated attacks or encouragement to contact or punish another person. Criticism must stay focused on conduct and personal experience.

4. No spam, scams or unsafe material
   No impersonation, fraud, repetitive promotion, malicious links, malware, illegal goods, sexual exploitation or instructions that create a serious risk of harm.

5. Respect copyright
   Post material you created or are allowed to share. Short quotations used for discussion may be acceptable, but copying entire articles, images or private documents is not.

6. Age and account responsibility
   Members must be at least 16, or the higher minimum age required where they live. Keep account access secure and do not evade restrictions by creating replacement accounts.

Moderation
LinkedAweT may reduce visibility, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts when these standards are broken. Decisions consider context, seriousness, harm, history and legal obligations. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal.

Reporting and appeals
Report content through the Report & Appeals page or email info@linkedawet.com with the post link, reason and relevant details. Reports are reviewed without requiring public confrontation. We will acknowledge the report and communicate the outcome where appropriate. A member affected by a moderation decision may appeal by replying or emailing the same address with the decision reference and reasons.
