LinkedAweT is an online community for honest job-exit stories and everyday wins. This notice explains how member information is handled.

Information we collect
We collect the username and email address used to create an account, posts, comments, reactions, reports and moderation records. Wix may also process device, security, log and cookie information needed to operate and protect the site. Public posts are displayed under a username. Email addresses and legal names are not shown with posts.

Why we use it
We use this information to provide member accounts and the shared feed, deliver requested communications, prevent spam and abuse, investigate reports, enforce our Community Standards, keep the service secure and understand how the site is used. We rely on performance of the member service, legitimate interests in operating a safe community, legal obligations, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Who receives information
LinkedAweT does not sell member personal information. Information is handled through Wix and service providers needed for hosting, account management, security, communications and analytics. These providers process information under their own legal and security obligations.

Retention and deletion
Account information and content are kept while an account is active or while reasonably needed to provide the service. Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, legal claims, fraud prevention or legal duties. Members may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection or deletion. Deleting a post or account may not immediately remove information from security logs or backups.

Cookies
Essential cookies may operate automatically. Analytics or advertising cookies should only be used after consent where the law requires it. Visitors can change or withdraw cookie choices through the site’s cookie settings.

Safety and public content
Do not post confidential information, email addresses, legal names, private messages, doxxing material or unverified accusations. Public posts may be copied or shared by other internet users, so members should publish only information they are comfortable making public.
